Trade Day

It's the 2008 trade deadline & it seems much more exciting than previous years. Maybe i'm just paying more attn.
I don't know if the NHL Network is availbl thru comcast. If it was, & i had a slingbox, well, dare to dream. Mr Wilson uses one behind the bench.
Ok, so we got this D. Mr. Brian Campbell from the Buffalo Sabres. He's been there his entire career. Part of me thinks, "buck up, sally, yer going to san jose. from buff-a-low. In winter. In a bad winter. To San Hozay, come on, man." Yes, there's certainly more than that.
Wow, Forsburg & Foote back to the Avs. Circa 1999. Maybe they could rent Flurry*.
Back to Mr. Campbell, he was pretty bummed about the trade. Too bad, and it diminished my pseudo troubles. Yeah, it's part of the job, but shit, i can understand just wanting to play hockey. To get to know a team, a town, a boss, an emblem, if it all represented the most beautiful thing in the world.
That being writ, it will be reformed in a new place with new folks. It'll be tempered and perhaps a maturity will be gained in his game.
Fedorov to Caps, Mr. Ovechkin. That could be beautiful to watch.
I don't know Mr. Campbell's game & a realized defense stats aren't terribly revealing, unless they're a fighter, of course. I'm sometimes skeptical about plus/minus, as well.
